About Us

Fredy & Ronnel are the partners behind Ragu, a new authentic Napoli & Florence Italian style eatery. Fredy has been employed as a Chef at a 5-star company doing consultations on opening new & successful restaurants. He has been a part of opening 15 different Italian restaurants to date. Ronnel has worked for the Facci company for the past decade and is ready to be an owner in this new endeavor. At Ragu fresh ingredients always come first. One of their most popular dishes is traditional Ragu, made with imported Italian D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes. The start of the 1900’s saw an emergence of fresh, readily available Italian style pizza, in New York City. Ragu is bringing this tradition to you here, with the most amazing sauce & real imported Grande mozzarella cheese. The eatery will be based around all Italian inspired fresh dishes, including seafood & pasta, subs & paninis- all cooked to order. The cousins wish to bring fresh Italian options to the community of Glenwood and the surrounding area. They would invite you to try the best Ragu around!
